Hope your summer is going well!

Each child will need to have a medical release form filled out, a picture release form, and a snack or dinner form filled out (depending on the age group). No seperate registration form is necessary for grades 1-8. CLOW (ages3-6) & High School registration forms are available below. The Faith Formation calendar for the year is available below, in the event you loose yours. If you are a family that does not have access to the web please call the office and I will send you the registration papers by mail. We are hoping this will be a great convenience for all involved. Don’t forget that this year there will be no registration fees to attend class but a small food fee will apply. Grades 1-4 will need to pay $ 5 for snacks for the year and grades 5-8 will need to pay $ 10 for the year.

The CLOW program will continue to meet on Sundays during Mass (registration form available below), grades 1-4 will meet after-school from 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm at St. Nicholas, grades 5-8 will meet from 6:00 pm – 7:45 pm at St. Nicholas, and grades 9-12 will meet from 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm at St. Joseph Parish Center.
